Mint Sauce

  1. I grew up with this, always made fresh with roast lamb -- I still like it! How did you get such a lovely green color?
    Have you also made -- or perhaps just bought -- the wonderful mint chutney (with a little heat!) that's served in Indian restaurants? Great stuff!

      Sorry for lack of response...the lovely green colour is all natural. It comes from the lovely bunch of mint we bought. I love the smell - sometimes if we have too much I put the leaves in hot water to make lovely Mint Tea! I have indeed tried the lovely stuff in Indian restaurants. I think it's called Raita. We make a good version at home, but it's definitely different to the stuff in the restarants!
