  1. THis looks delicious, Rachel! I happen to love ginger, so hope your future recipes will further feature it. Also, when you come to see us, remind me to show you "The Joyce Chen Cookbook" which I was given as a wedding present (eons ago) -- which was quite advanced for its time. One of Andy's and my first dates was at a Joyce Chen restaurant.
    I'm impressed with the blog and looking forward to more!
