Friseé, Radish & Orange Salad




NB - despite the seasonal availability of Friseé we couldn't find any with our tight time constraints last night.  Therefore, we used curly leaf lettuce.  A return to this recipe may be necessary, depending on timing this Spring.  It was very nice so I wouldn't mind doing so...!

    Another nice one I've been doing, which happened change the first time= lettuce of your choice, chopped walnuts, sliced pears, and Golden raisins, with a spring of ginger. Dressing very simple olive oil plus lemon juice or orange juice.
